Description - Description: The intent of this project is to develop, design, install and commission a new communication – public address system for the United States Capitol Power Plant (CPP). This new system shall be able to provide clear, noise free communicat ions to all CPP buildings, and the necessary or required locations within the CPP buildings. The new system shall be expandable, addressable, fabricated of commercial off the shelf components (COTS) to thrive in various and harsh environments across the CPP building locations.  The new system shall also have reporting capabilities to allow quick identification of component issues, alarming features, audio features, and visual signaling devices.
