Description - Description: This consultation concerns the decarbonized transport of waste from the SEVEDE transfer docks to the ECOSTU'AIR energy recovery unit.The basic offer must be a fully electric offer, across the entire logistics chain (for all lots).Variant s are accepted according to the following minimum requirements:- They must necessarily accompany the basic offer.- They must necessarily constitute a decarbonized transport offer across the entire logistics chain,- Decarbonization solutions can be mixed (biofuels + electric or any other modes other than diesel).- They cannot modify the price revision conditions.- Concerning lot no. 1, they cannot deviate from the provisions of article 6.5 relatin
