Description - Description: This consultation concerns the decarbonized transport of waste from the SEVEDE transfer docks to the ECOSTU'AIR energy recovery unit. The basic offer must be a fully electric offer, across the entire logistics chain (for all lots). Varia nts are accepted according to the following minimum requirements: - They must necessarily accompany the basic offer. - They must necessarily constitute a decarbonized transport offer across the entire logistics chain, - Decarbonization solutions can be mixed (biofuels + electric or any other modes other than diesel). - They cannot modify the price revision conditions. - Concerning lot no. 1, they cannot deviate from the provisions of article 6.5
