Description - Description: The contractor will provide cardiac remote monitoring by Certified Cardiac Device Specialists (CCDS) technicians from an offsite (i.e., remote) location. This contracts target population includes all BAMC beneficiaries with CIEDs requiri ng remote monitoring impaneled at the ath Military Treatment Facility (MTF) BAMC Cardiology Clinic. BAMC will provide the Contractor with a patient list of CIED Medicare beneficiaries; the MTF will update the list with new CIED patients or deceased one as BAMC Cardioloy service is notified.
