Description - Description: Helsinki City Housing Corporation (Heka) is requesting a tender for the maintenance and upkeep of green areas in the courtyards of its properties.The tender is divided into four (4) sub-areas (southern, eastern, western and northern serv ice areas). The sub-area-specific price appendix lists all the sites in the service area. One service provider will be selected for each sub-area.Four contracts will be made for the procurement.
