Description - Description: The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is committed to improving the quality of teaching and leadership in the Further Education and Training sector. The ETF are seeking to design a Career Framework to support key sector challenge a round retention and recruitment.The aim of this project is to deliver a National Career Framework for Further Education (FE) which will enable:- Teachers, trainers and leaders in the sector to plan, develop, and demonstrate their professional expertise in the wider context of their overall personal and career development. This could lead to improvements in the quality of delivery, staff satisfaction and ultimately better outcomes for learners.- F
