Description - Caretaker for Grenfell Regional Library Synopsis: The contract is to commence for the period April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024; with the potential to renew if Grenfell Town Council and the Contractor are agreeable. Other duties which are not spec ifically mentioned but which are normally considered part of cleaning; and which are necessary to keep the facility clean and presentable at all times; will be required to be done as well.Contractor must provide their own Worker’s Compensation and liability insurance; and supply the Town with proof of these coverages.
