Description - Caretaker of Town Office and Lilac Room Synopsis: The contract is to commence for the period April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024; with the potential to renew if Grenfell Town Council and the Contractor are agreeable. Other duties which are not spe cifically mentioned but which are normally considered part of cleaning; and which are necessary to keep the facility clean and presentable at all times; will be required to be done as well. All items necessary for the completion of these duties are or will be provided by the Town; such as cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, mop, pail, etc. If supplies are required the contractor may purchase up to $50 per month without prior authorization from
