Description - Since 2003, HLM organizations have been investing in setting up a minimum three-year survey of their tenants aimed at assessing their level of satisfaction with the service they provide. On June 30, 2023, Alsatian social landlords meeting within the Areal Board of Directors took the decision to set up a group of orders to conduct the 2024 three-year survey, the subject of this consultation. 9 organizations have decided to implement a common survey system among their tenants occupying their property located in the two Alsatian departments (Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin). This common service provider will have the mission of preparing and carrying out the survey, analyzing and reporting the results,
