Description - The purpose of this contract is the development of an impact study as well as project management assistance in support of the Prefect for the definition of a mining project, prior to the installation of a mining operator on a site affected by illegal gold panning in Guyana, located in Dorlin. This contract is part of the new procedure to combat illegal gold panning established in article L.621-4-1 of the Mining Code.
