Description - Description: Carrying out chemical analyses on water and sediment in freshwater surface aquatic environments in the Martinique hydraulic basin. This is a framework agreement concluded with the sole holder. It is executed as and when purchase orders a re issued, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It is concluded without a minimum amount, but with an annual maximum amount, in accordance with Article R2162-4 of the same code.
