Description - Description: Catering for 60 clients of a general care home (Jõgeva mnt 30 and 30/1, Põltsamaa) and an independent nursing department (Lossi 49, Põltsamaa) 3 x daily. Food is packaged in portions (the food containers are the contractor's) and tran sported in thermal boxes. Food is delivered to the site 3 x daily between 8.15 - 8.30, 12.30-12.45 and 17.20-17.40. Food containers, thermoses and thermal boxes are to be washed by the contractor and food waste is to be handled by the contractor. Knives, forks, spoons and cups are washed at the location where the service is consumed.
