Description - Description: The services concern lunches/dinners, buffets, cocktails, coffee receptions, catering activities and additional services organized by the Normandy Region (and the CESER), and which may take place on the sites of the regional hotels of Ca en and Rouen, or outside in the geographical sector corresponding to the lots (Annex to the CCTP "Geographic lots").
