Description - Description: Project Background and Overall Objectives • The Building Automation System in the CAW Student Centre is a project designed to upgrade the HVAC Controls in the building and upgrading the University front control system to a Niagara Plat form. • This building is an existing student community centre with facilities such as dining area, study lounge, auditorium, student committee offices, radio station, pharmacy, prayer room, food court, bookstore, dental clinic, etc. There are four mechanical plantrooms, an emergency generator room and two electrical rooms supporting the building.
