Description - Description: The Council is inviting offers to provide a mobile ice cream concessions at Tilgate Park, the site shown on the attached plan (Appendix A). The exact location may change slightly from day to day, depending on ground conditions, wear and tear and by request of the park management team particularly if ground recovery or maintenance work is required. It is however situated in a prime location beside the main car park and access routes to the park.
