Description - Description: The Town of Tabor City has received a Community Development Block Grant- Infrastructure (CDBG-I) award in the amount of $1,000,000 by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) for the rehabilitation of all four of th e Town’s groundwater supply wells, including the replacement of all electrical components and a new SCADA system at all four wells, in addition to a new emergency standby generator at two wells.
