Description - Description: The Whyalla City Council is looking to engage a qualified independent person to provide advice in the conduct of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) annual performance reviews, and if relevant before the re-appointment of the CEO, in accordanc e with Section 102A of the Local Government Act 1999 (the Act). The contract is for a period of four (4) years commencing on 1 May 2025 and concluding after the final performance review in the 2028/2029 financial year.Further details are in the Request for Proposal document.
