Description - Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, intends to issue a Sole Source Fixed Price contract to Fatigue Technology, CAGE: 51439, for the procurement of the Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action.
