Description - Description: The two Canadian Military Colleges (CMCs) are, together, responsible for educating and training between 25% and 30% of the officer intake for the CAF. As a result of the Independent External Comprehensive Review (IECR), the role of the C MCs and the manner in which they conduct education and training, including academic, military leadership, fitness or for second official languages, has been re-examined by the CMCs Review Board (CMCRB).
