Description - As part of its R&D activities, CEA LETI wishes to entrust an external company with morphological and structural characterization services, including the preparation phases of these samples. The samples to be characterized are materials or devices stu died or produced in the laboratories at the CEA Grenoble center working in the fields of micro and nano technologies. They may consist of organic or inorganic materials and assemblies of these various materials.
