Description - The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate and award a sole-source purchase order for the procurement of cable television and internet service from Charter Communications Holdings LLC, doing business as Spectrum.  The add ress for these services is 290 Broadway, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10007.  The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) “the property or services needed by the executive agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the executive agency.” CFTC intends to award a purchase order for these services for one year.
