Description - The object of the acquisition was the services of Sähköverkkyytiö's chat service partner in support of customer service in the chat service channel. The service package includes Customer Service's First line contract and invoice service and techni cal service. The service is provided on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the chat channel.The Service's Customers are individuals and companies and their representatives in all network areas of Caruna Oy and Caruna Espoo Oy. The Service will be developed and digitized during the contract period with the help of development and cooperation models built around the Services.The content of the services was described in more detail in appendix 01
