Description - Description: The services cover checks, servicing, maintenance, repairs, and work on all municipal buildings: The services are divided into 4 lots: - Lot No. 1: Fire and smoke extraction equipment - Lot No. 2: Fire alarm - Lot No. 3: Intruder alarm, video surveillance, and access control - Lot No. 4: Remote surveillance, and interventions to remove doubts, intruder alarms, fire alarms, and technical alarms Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract. The contract will take the form of a framework agreement executed by purchase orders with no minimum and with a maximum. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years starting from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028
