Description - The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to implement a childcare system for children aged 0 to 12, during atypical hours, for which part of the additional hourly cost is financed by the Ministry of domestic and overseas territories (Miom) in the fo rm of a universal service employment check (Cesu). The consultation is divided into 4 lots. It constitutes a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 33 of Directive 2014/24/EU of February 26, 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and a framework agreement for purchase orders within the meaning of Articles R2162-1 to R2162- 6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
