Description - Description: Since 2000, Dudley Council has commissioned a health, wellbeing, lifestyle and behaviour questionnaire for local children and young people.This questionnaire has been carried out biennially in mainstream primary and secondary education s ettings, colleges, in settings for children with additional needs, and alternative provisions. The questionnaireThe questionnaire is open for all education settings to complete. This year, the questionnaire was completed by 6326 pupils in year 5, 6, 8 and 10 in 54 education settings.
