Description - Description: Norfolk County Council (NCC) struggles with the number of qualified adopters and foster carers to place looked after children in care with, to provide a safe and nurturing environment. NCC regularly rely on the Adopt East program or othe r Local Authorities which can prove costly and removes a degree of control over the level of care provided to young citizens of Norfolk. The use of a suite of Virtual Reality training videos aims to increase these carers knowledge and understanding of lived trauma resulting in fewer placement breakdowns as well as increasing the number of successful conversions from initial meetings with prospective carers.The Council is seeking to have access to
