Description - Description: During the delivery, continuity of the electricity supply should be ensured and electricity should be supplied with quality and in order, as provided for in the Energy Act (EA) and other regulatory acts that regulate public relations rel ated to the supply of electricity (including the regulations to the EA, the Electricity Trading Rules (ETEE) and the Electricity Quantity Metering Rules (PIKEE). As a "balancing group coordinator", the Contractor should assume responsibility for balancing, include the Contracting Authority in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Contracting Authority paying a participation fee.
