Description - Description: The City of Calgary (The City) is issuing the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of retaining a Prime Consultant (Architect) and Sub-Consultants to deliver the Station#18 Lifecycle Upgrades and Net Zero Retrofit project. The City will select a single integrated project team to deliver the Project. Fire Station#18 is located in the Huntington community (Ward 4) at 415 68th Ave, NW Calgary, Alberta. The building was constructed in 1975 and is approximately 8565sqft and is a two-storey structure.
