The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement to complete channel maintenance work within the Local Flood Protection Project boundaries of the Conemaugh, Little Conemaugh, and Stonycreek Rivers in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. For FY24, the limits of the maintenance project on the Conemaugh River begin at Station 0+00 and will continue approximately 0.8 miles to approximate Station 43+00. On the Stonycreek River, the project limits will begin at the Central Avenue bridge (approximately as-built Station 165+00) and will continue, at a maximum, 0.9 miles up
