Description - Description: SUMMARY:Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt invites Proposals from experienced organizations for complete delivery and implementation of the City’s Water Metering Program, which has the overarching objective to inst all an AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) universal water metering network for all of its approximately 2400 customers, in order to help the City reduce water consumption. Program & Contract Phase Summary:As there are many unknowns regarding quantities and types of meter equipment and services required, the City intends to enter into Contracts with the successful Respondent in a 3-Phase approach, which is summarized in the RFP documents.Timel
