Description - Description: Sir Douglas Bader Towers is a 13-floor apartment building built in 1980. It consists of 79 suites ranging from studio to 2 bedrooms. The goal of this project is to procure a vendor to design, supply and install a suite access system to a ll suite doors in the building. This system is to conform to Civida’s existing security specifications using Salto devices as outlined in Appendix ‘A’. The existing suite doors have a deadbolt and entrance lever. The lever is to be replaced with the specified Salto device. The dead bolt is to be removed, and a secure cover installed in its place.
