Description - Description: This involves work aimed at maintaining municipal roads and the development of municipal public spaces, for operations the amount of which does not exceed 150,000 euro(s) excluding tax according to the services appearing in the price lis t. The single awardee framework agreement with maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code . It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. It is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract.
