Description - Description: The Javel substation, located at 57 rue de Javel in Paris, is to undergo rehabilitation resulting in a major restructuring of the site. RTE has committed to making these installations resilient to a flood scenario of type "R1.15". In add ition, the metal-enclosed substation (or PSEM) currently in operation must be renewed due to its obsolescence, as must the associated control and monitoring installations (renewal using "Smart Electre" technology). Finally, RTE will make the operating plan for this substation more reliable.
