Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to manage the handling a nd beneficial use of Class "B" Biosolids generated by the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant ("JAMES" Plant) in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements of all levels of government and regulatory agencies, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables").
