Description - Description: The organizing contracting authority, the Bistrita County Emergency Hospital, intends to award framework agreements through which it will purchase Household bags, hazardous waste bags, cardboard boxes, polypropylene boxes for hazardous w aste, according to the specifications. The acquisition is divided into 4 lots.The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for each lot separately, for a period of 36 months, with 1 economic operator. In the event that several lots are awarded to a single bidder, the authority will sign a single framework agreement, according to art. 141 paragraph (8) of Law 96/2016.The deadlines within which the contracting authority will respond
