Description - Description: The contract consists of cleaning services for all City departments and the Social Action Community Center. A joint procurement group was formed between the City and the CCAS. The CITY was designated as coordinator of the group. This "co mposite" framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services. Each lot corresponds in part to an ordinary contract corresponding to permanent services paid by applying a global and fixed price and in part to a framework agreement with purchase orders corresponding to occasional services paid on the basis of a schedule of unit prices.
