Description - Description: Cleaning services for 17 buildings under Aarhus University in the University City, including the examination building in Lisbjerg (Acquisition). The 17 buildings are distributed across a total of 7 addresses. The building stock will be u sed by Aarhus BSS, which will move its activities on Fuglesangs Allé to the University City in 2025/2026.Cleaning services are currently carried out by the Client's own staff at Fuglesangs Allé, who will be vacated and moved to the University City. It is required that the Client's own staff associated with the locations being vacated are covered by the business transfer, which is why the Business Transfer Act applies (LBK no. 710 of 20/08/2022)
