Description - Description: We request a bid for the maintenance and basic cleaning of two Swedish-speaking housing units as of 1.4.2025 or by agreement for the time being. The sites are at Karlebyboende, Kärrytie 1, 67600 Kokkola and Katarinegården, Sorvistontie 1, 67100 Kokkola. The notice period is 3 months on both sides. The objects can be terminated individually.Attached are the service descriptions of the site, floor plan, cleanliness classes, feedback guidelines and draft contract.
