Description - Description This consultation concerns the clearing and mowing work on the territory of the Municipality of Issoire. The services are divided into two separate lots designated in this notice. The envisaged contract is a single-award framework agreeme nt with a single annual maximum in value. This is a purchase order framework agreement. It is implemented in accordance with articles L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 to R 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months and may be renewed for successive periods of 1 year for a maximum renewal period of 2 years. Notification of this framework agreement is envisaged
