Description - Description: The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of NHS Wales Executive's Strategic Programme for Urgent and Emergency Care who are seeking to establish a service to support the management of p atients by the Clinical Support Hub (CSH) and located within the regional areas covered by the CSH. The Strategic Programme for Urgent and Emergency Care are seeking to establish a 12 month pilot for a support contract which would carry out observations and assessments.
