Description - Description: The scope of this contract will be to address the repair and maintenance of a number of boundary walls, fences and footpaths within twenty two closed churchyards in the Teignbridge District. Surveys were undertaken by the Authority’s S tructural Engineers in 2008 (now superseded), which highlighted a number of defects requiring remediation at that time and works including minor re-pointing & re-setting, anchoring, minor re-building and in some cases complete re-build schemes were implemented. This contract is a continuation of this remedial repair and maintenance work and the contract will operate for three years and costs reimbursement through re-measurement is based upon
