Description - Description: Tenders are invited by the Council from a suitably experienced and capable organisation with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Closed Landfill Maintenance Contract (the "Services"). T he Council wishes to establish an Agreement with a Contractor to provide monitoring, management and maintenance of closed landfill infrastructure on the six closed landfill sites (the 'Services').
