This RFP seeks to secure reliable and high-quality overhead cables for ongoing yearly pr ojects and maintenance needs, as required by the Utility Distribution Department.Prior to the expiry of the term and subject to mutual agreement of the City and the successful Bidder(s), this contract may be extended for additional periods of one year each, up to a maximum of five (5) additional years.
