Description - Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for project-specific agreement on the Design Bid Build Fairfax County Parkway Widening Segment II CEI Services. This project will be administered by the VDOT NOVA Construction office. The project-specific agreement will consist of providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services to supplement VDOT staff during the construction phase of the project.
