Description - The Region wishes to equip itself with tools for regional agents (service agents and high school agents). These agents can be supervisors but also non-managers who feel a difficulty in their functions or in their relationship with their manager or th e work team. The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders according to articles R2161- 2 to R2161-5 and R.2162.1 et seq. of the Public Order Code. The contract is concluded by means of a framework agreement setting out all contractual stipulations (executed by means of purchase orders) and at unit prices with a single awarded by lot. The services will be divided into 2 lots which will be the subject of a separate contract.
