Description - Description: Contractors are invited to bid on the Colchester Point Fishing Access Improvements for Buildings and General Services on behalf of the Agency of Natural Resources – Fish and Wildlife at 599 Windemere Way in Colchester, Vermont. This pr oject consists of, but is not limited to: Improving the Colchester Point Fishing Access so the boat ramp is less prone to sedimentation allowing the facility to be used for more of the summer boating and fishing season. This property is located on the Winooski River less than 0.5 miles from Lake Champlain. Construction generally consists of removing a portion of the existing sheeting, installing sheeting in a new location, and restoring the site
