Description - Description: This consultation concerns the collection and processing of kitchen and table waste (SPAn 3) from public colleges in Mayenne. The procurement procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 21 23-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract. It is expressly renewed until its term.
