Description - Description: The daily sickness benefit insurance policies of the three companies are being put out to tender: - Aargau Verkehr AG (AVA) - Limmat Bus AG (LIBU) - Busbetrieb Aarau AG (BBA) AVA and LIBU have the same owners, as LIBU is a 100% subsidiar y of AVA. AVA has an agreement with BBA to manage BBA's finances and human resources. AVA and LIBU are not involved in BBA. BBA is not involved in AVA or LIBU. AVA acts as a procurement office.
