Description - The subject of the project is the food and leisure package which aims to provide for the storage, production and consumption of 3 daily meals for the 700 rationers of the RSMA of Combani by 2025. To do this , the operation provides for the creation o f an equipped kitchen, including reception and storage, preparation and finishing, distribution and washing areas as well as the spaces necessary for staff and technical equipment. The kitchen is complemented by 3 dining rooms, with adjoining offices, maintenance rooms and terrace, as well as a management area including administrative offices.
