Description - Description: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, s issuing this solicitation as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside to provide EODGRU ONE and TWO with Combat Technical Rescue (CTR) EOD Rigging & Ordnance Extrication (ROE) training courses of i nstruction (COI) through a commercial FFP single-award IDIQ contract. This procurement will be conducted using a best value tradeoff source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15.
